When do I come to camp?
Registration – 6-6:45 p.m. at the Welch Hall dormitory. Campers check in, take personal belongings to their room, and meet their counselor. At 7:00 p.m. there is a short orientation for campers and parents. Afterwards, parents leave for home and campers start evening activities. Campers should eat dinner at home on the day of registration. I can’t find the information you sent me for camp. Can I get another copy? When do I pick my child up from camp and where do I go for the Review?
The OWjL Camp Review is the culmination of the campers’ week. This is a family event and parents, siblings and friends are invited and strongly encouraged to attend. The Review is the final camp activity, showcasing many of the performance-based classes. It lasts from 45 minutes to an hour. Campers are not dismissed until the Review is over. Camper Check Out – Friday, approximately 5:15 p.m. – Welch Hall Welch Hall will NOT be open during or before the OWjL Review for parents to pick up campers or their things. Welch Hall closes at 6:15 p.m. Campers should be on their way home by that time. How do I get to Welch Hall and where is University Hall (where the Review will be held)? Can I call my camper during the week? We request that parents not call students. Students are not to use the telephones, and cell phones and pagers aren’t permitted at camp. Who do I call in an emergency? Please use these numbers to contact us:
