School/Teacher Online Submissions

TEACHERS MAY SUBMIT Teacher Recommendation Forms on line for their students or they may download the forms as PDF files and send the completed form by mail.

Guidance counselors, principals, and gifted teachers may submit School Forms on line for their students or they may download the forms as PDF files and send the completed form by mail.

Camper applications are not currently being accepted on-line from campers or their parents. Please download the PDF file, found on the "How To Apply" page and send the completed form by mail to:

In all cases, forms must be postmarked by January 30 or received in the OWjL Office by 4:30 p.m. February 2, 2010.  Applications received after this date will be added to the wait list.
